How long will my order take to arrive?

Once your wine is dispatched from our warehouse, our couriers generally deliver to metropolitan capital cities within 7-10 working days. Orders going to areas outside of the capital cities can take up to 14 working days. Please note that if you are ordering stock that is on 'back-order', it may take a couple of days before we are able to dispatch the stock.

Can I track the order to find out where it is?

Yes, you can go to endeavourdelivery.com.au and enter your surname and order number. Orders going to area's outside of the metropolitan capital cities can only be tracked up until they arrive in our state capital warehouse, where they are passed onto a courier that delivers to your local area. If you want more detailed information on your order please fill out the form above and we will back to you as soon as possible.

The tracking site is a little temperamental and has specific requirements…

  • It is case sensitive – CX must be in caps
  • There can't be any spaces before or after the order number – again it won't register
  • Your order is sent with an order number of 123-CX456789 but we only use from the CX… so only enter CX456789

Can I have my orders sent anywhere?

There's a couple of tiny corners of this big, brown land we can't quite get too – any island smaller than Tassie is a bit of a problem and we're not too keen to break the law when it comes to dry communities–but if you're one of the 99.999% of the population we can get to why don't you give us a try. We ship wine to most places within Australia from our warehouse in the Barossa Valley for a rate of just $8 for one case, $16 for two cases and $20 for three, four, five, or as many cases as you like. Most orders will be delivered to your door, however some rural or remote areas will have delivery to the nearest depot. Please note we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.

What payment options are there?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & PayPal. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure website.

Can I get a Tax Invoice for my order?

Yes, simply contact us on enquiries@winemarket.com.au or give us a call on 1300 289 946 and we will send it to you as soon as possible and we can easily email you a Tax Invoice. Don't forget your order confirmation email is also a Tax invoice.

If I don't like the wine what options do I have?

What tastes like Grange to some may taste like grandpa's home made wine to others – so we have a no quibble guarantee! If you have tried a bottle and you don't like the wine just let us know and we will pick up the remaining bottles and refund you for the whole case. Do I need to be a member to order?

We're a wine shop so we don't really have members, we just have customers that are happy enough with our service that come back when they run out of wine. We will send you our email offers when we have a bargain but you can opt out of these at any time. We are not a wine club and there is no ongoing obligation to order.

Do you have any shops I can pick the wine up from?

No, we are an online only wine shop. By not having to pay all the extra cost that comes with having retail shops we are able to pass that saving on to you and keep our prices as low as possible. We deliver Australia wide – so no matter where you live on this big island of ours, you've got access to the hottest wine deals we can com up with!

Can I buy your wines at my local bottle shop?

We have many top brands that are available in shops but we also have many wines that are produced in such limited quantities that you wouldn't be able to find them at the Cellardoor, much less in a bottle shop thousands of miles away! By going straight to the wine maker we are able to cut out the middle man and pass the savings on to you. You might think it is a bit risky to buy a dozen bottles of a wine you haven't tried before, which is why we have a no quibble tasting guarantee, allowing you to try new wines and styles with confidence.

Delivery to South Australia:

If you are ordering products for delivery to South Australia, you agree that: (a) on delivery, the recipient of delivery will be required to (i) sign a declaration confirming their name and that they are over 18 years of age, and (ii) if the recipient looks under 25 (at our discretion), provide proof of ID (including photographic identification and date of birth) and the name and date of birth of the recipient will be recorded; and (b) we are instructed to deliver the products to a person at the delivery address provided they are aged 18 years or over and are not intoxicated. Information collected and recorded under this clause will be held for a minimum of 12 months. These are requirements of South Australia's Liquor Licensing Legislation and will apply from 1 July 2019, and if the recipient is unable to comply, we will not be able to complete the delivery. This does not apply to deliveries where you have specifically instructed us to leave the order at the delivery address.
