Textbook

Textbook Coonawarra Cabernet! Some whole bunch fermentation in this one, fresh, approachable with blackcurrant and sweet spice giving you something to ponder - pass the slow cooked shoulder of spring lamb!

Delicious

Like diving head first into a blackcurrant bush, the freshness on this one is incredible... So lip-smakcingly delicious! Pair with red meat, kissed by the flames of a wood fire BBQ.

Gold Nugget

Delightful wine. Enjoying my "two glasses" with a variety of dinner meals each night.

Love my Rymills

As usual with one of my favourite wineries, the quality of this wine doesn't miss their bar which is consistently set very high. I have been a big fan of theirs for years since visiting their cellar door, arguably the most outstanding advertisement (architecturally speaking) for the fabulous wines that lie inside. Great value for the price & to quote Oliver Twist, (can I have some more please).

Strong and Easy

Label is modern and very appealing. Strong flavour yet easy to drink. Earthy flavour and texture

Good

Dry but a little thin. Nice label too.

Textbook! Well played!

Coonawarra Cabernet to the core. Lovely style, signature Rymill, more than happy with this lil beauty on the Sunday roast lamb dinner table.

Lots of Flavor

Not overpowered by tannin. Delicious!

Nice

Round flavor and body. Lovely flavor - not too strong or light

Nice Drop

Excellent drinking now. Have reordered already.

Good but needs to be aerated

This is a good wine although to enjoy it please aerate it as you pour .... otherwise it remains 'tight' for too long and doesn't provide the flavours you expect.

Rymill The Gold Trader

I am not a wine connoisseur by any means I just know what I like. I cant say that its a bad wine but it didnt suit my taste .

Great value for Money

I'd tried a Rymills "The Yearling" which was also enjoyable, so I decided to give this one a try. I was not disappointed!

Rymill Carbinet

Beautiful wine.

OK

Good but not great. A bit light on depth of flavour and somewhat lacking a satisfying finish. Expected a bit more 'oomph' overall. Ok everyday drinking, more a silver trader!
