Our Top-Selling French Sparkling Is Back!
WORLD CLASS FRENCH FIZZ – RANKED HIGHER THAN VEUVE CLICQUOT, POL ROGER, TAITTINGER AND PIPER HIEDSIECK!!
All good wine should excite and beguile but very few liquids can sharpen a celebration and awaken anticipation quite like fine sparkling wine.
It's almost as if we're hardwired to put on our party hats and slip on our dancing shoes as soon as those magical little bubbles tickle our noses and explode across our tongues. It's about as mood enhancing a substance you can get without breaking the law.
This value for money sparkling is no exception, the tasting note goes as follows: ‘Indulge yourself in this subtle, elegant sparkling wine. Its yellow robe with green lights reveals delicate, beautiful bubbles. Its fresh, lively, gracious nose is dominated by white flower and citrus aromas. The attack is fresh and creamy with delicately lemony flavors that slowly make way for longlasting candied, mineral notes at the finish.’
This has been the hands-down, undisputed office favourite at WineMarket for a few years now, and while soaring popularity and worldwide recognition have pushed the price up a dollar or so since we first had it, it's still up there with the best deal on quality bubbles on earth.
So what are you waiting for, pick up a case or two today and get those corks popping!

Aimery Sieur d'Arques
Chardonnay Mauzac Chenin Blanc
Crayfish, scallops, fish or warm chicken salad
The Crémant de Limoux is a sparkling wine blended from three grape varieties: Mauzac gives it a delicious bouquet of green apples and honey, Chardonnay, the key to many fine wines, gives it a typical hint of flowers, Chenin gives it a sparkling freshness and elegant structure. The Wine Waiter’s recommendations: Aimery's Grande Cuvée 1531 is perfect for cocktails. It goes well with fish and exotic dishes. As an A.O.C. wine it is top quality and it also offers value for money. What makes Grande Cuvée 1531 an especially fine wine ? The grapes are hand picked in low yield vineyards in the upper Aude Valley. Yielding: The Cuvée is blended from first pressings only (tête de cuvée). Using the ancestral method, the wine is bottled and left to mature for two years giving it a “sur lattes“ typical, more intense, flavour and rich aroma.
Golden yellow with green lights
Lively, fresh white flowers and citrus
A delicate blend of Chardonnay, Mauzac and Chenin Blanc grapes gives a beautifully bubbly bead with a fresh, creamy mouthful. Lemony citrus notes blend through into a lengthy candied finish with mineral notes.
High quality for a bargain price - the Aimery Grand Cuvee is elegant, refined and subtle. Fruit is hand-picked from low yield vineyards in the Aude Valley. The ancestral method used to produce this classic style creates an intense, flavour-driven French sparkling wine with rich aroma
Sieur D'Arques is located in Limoux, the heart of the Languedoc in France. The monks at the Saint Hilaire monastery are rumoured to have discovered the secret to Champagne many years before the much-lauded Dom Perignon. Not much has changed since then: this Aimery Grand Cuvee may not carry the Champagne title on its label, but on the tongue it matches up with the big names like Clicquot and Taittinger. This French sparkling does it all, and quietly.. without all of the massive advertising spend of a big-brand Champagne!

Lovely toasty nose.Fine bead - a real tongue teaser.Dry, subtle citrus overtones.Great value for money.I've lost count of how many dozens I've bought.
Not really champagne but a damn good impersonator! Still represents great drinking even though the price has gone up a bit... Highly recommended!
I bought this for my wife as an alternative to the Bird in the Hand sparkling. It is a very nice wine with many nice favours but she does prefer the Bird in the Hand
Just wonderful. Best value for money ever. Everyone loves it. Very special indeed. Thank you
Always enjoy this wine hope you can continue to supply my orders
Really lovely, sparkley and bubbly, and what a bargain,
I would totally buy this again,
Cheers, :) :)
We love this 'champagne'..in fact produced iver the road from Champagne district, and prefer it to many of the big names French bubbles. Very light and dry, no sweet aftertaste, goes with absolutely any food you'd like a glass of chilled champagne with and perfect on its own too.
If you like Mumm then this drinks very similarly at less than 1/2 the price!
Excellent Bubbly for a great price.
Definitely five stars for value for money. Mrs Jay rates better than Moet and approaching Bollinger, which is saying something. At under $14 a bottle top drinking at a more than affordable price. For best flavours best consumed at normal fridge temp, not too chilled.
This is our favourite mid range bubbles on the market. Even red wine drinkers tolerate it.
Totally ok this stuff: its a little bit aristocratic but don,t worry about that.
Excellent value for money - almost like the real thing!
Really not quite as sophisticated as the hyperbole of your write ups suggests, but a lovely light and gentle sparkling that is not in the least embarrassing to open before dinner for friends who have dropped in, or take along as a contribution to some one you like's party. Always glad to have a few bottles in the cupboard and it doesn't break the bank! Hope you keep stocking it.
The SIEUR-DARQUES-AIMERY-GRAND-CUVEE-1531-CREMANT-deLIMOUX is tough to say and write but easy to drink. This is by far the best French champagne for the price. Surprisingly comparable to mumm and domaine chandon in my opinion.
We have been enjoying this wine for many years and it has become a favourite. It is a very easy summer drink with nice clean flavour, fine bubbles and represents extremely good value for money.
Fabulous, absolutely fabulous. We were first introduced to this wine by another customer of yours.....to whom we will be eternally grateful. It is a beautiful wine and we have since referred others who also rave about it. It is affordable, beautiful wine and since we drink bucketfuls it's wonderful that you choose to sell at your excellent price. Life is too short (especially in my case ...terminally ill - they tell me...HA!) for cheap wine, shite food and boring company. It's true, it's true. Thank you so much for your products, excellent, helpful staff, prompt and caring delivery - and marvellous after taste .... with NO hangover...a miracle...Keep up the good work. Cheers, good health, happiness, etc. 5+++++++
This is my third purchase of this wonderful product. It is indeed,as described, better than all the big labels. Great value for this smooth, soft and elegant drink. Cheers.
We have bought this wine since Winemarket first stocked it and continue to buy it regularly, as it disappears pretty quickly from the racks. It is a perfectly acceptable drop, looks great in the bottle for BYO's and makes impressive Christmas gifts etc.At this price range it is just unbeatable and we will continue to buy and enjoy it.
I first bought a dozen last Christmas and everyone loved it so much that I got another dozen this year . We all had a very merry bubbly christmas! Excellent value for the price!
Great value for money, a good mid-range bubbly which is clean on the palate with tiny bubbles ensuring a good mouth feel and lasting freshness.
Scores 5/5 on value for money. Great tasting, nice bubbles and a consistent hit with family and friends!
What a great little find at such a good price. Lovely small bubbles give a nice mouth feel, and make it almost too easy to drink. Not too sweet, not sour or bitey. Not sure I'll buy any other bubbles again... :)
This is an encore for me. A great drop at an amazing price. Definitely as good as the bigger names that go for a much higher price. Went down very well at the office Christmas party and the family were more than happy to finish off what was left over.
