The NEW Sieur d’Arques! Taste The Big Brother…

For years we’ve been singing the praises of the Sieur d’Arques “Aimery” – it’s been a best-seller for as long as we’ve been doing the whole internet-wine-to-your-door thing. Now meet its brother label!

From the same winery in Limoux, this one’s made mostly with the Mauzac grape (where its famous brother is based on Chardonnay) and it’s delicate, clean-lined and full of biscuity overtones.

The Bottom Line

  • The new addition to the beloved “Sieur” line!
  • $16.50 per bottle
  • Gold Medal winner
  • 90 Points – Andrew Caillard

Try a six-pack of the new stuff, let us know how it goes down! And thinking of getting a dozen? Why not go half/half with the ol’ reliable Sieur? Grab that bad boy HERE!

"Smooth"

Smooth and creamy - very easy drinking but will continue to favour the original

"Don't judge the book by its cover"

I ordered this (despite the vile, pink, cheap-looking packaging) because I'm very fond of the other Sieur d'Arques Aimery sparkling for every day drinking. This did not disappont, it is equally well balanced and has the same nice yeast/bready overtones that I so enjoy in Loire Valley bubbles.
