Of all the people that have just found this email in their inbox, we're guessing that the number who have ever heard of Baroota nr the Spencer Gulf could fit in a phonebox with a couple of fat blokes. The rest of you are probably still trying to decide if it's some kind of marsupial or embarrassing wart–based medical condition.
It's actually a little spot in the mid–north of South Australia, on the gentle slopes of the ancient Flinders Ranges at the edge of the Mt Remarkable National Park. And it might just be the next big name in Australian shiraz.
