We can't believe it's not Champagne°!!!!

It may not come from the hyped hills of Champagne, or be backed by the big marketing budgets of multi-national luxury good conglomerates. It hasn't been served to Russian Czars, matured in chalk caves carved out by Roman soldiers, or drunk from the shoe of a super model.

But it has been enjoyed… often… down here in the Barossa and we reckon it's pretty damn good for just a fraction of the price of Champagne.
