You've taken our word on a wine, but personal taste can vary. So, if you feel a wine isn't rocking your world, we'll take it back from you.

It's simple. If you feel like a particular bottle isn't up to scratch within 6 months of purchase, then let us know why. We're able to give you a refund on that bottle.

If you don't like the box of wine we've sent you then let us know within 6 months of purchase and we'll refund the costs and arrange a pick up. If it's not to your tastes we can take back the leftovers. Just make sure that the wine is in saleable condition on return and unopened so we can take them back from you. Easy.

Just some tech stuff here, but if WineMarket reckon that there's been a breach of terms and conditions or a reworking of the Customer Promise, then we might have to get a little stern and suspend or cancel the Customer Promise which could result in the cancellation of your account.
