| Highlights: |
| Winery Information: The moderate spring weather conditions let to the development of grapes with good flavour definition, texture and
ideal natural acidity. Select parcels of dry grown Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon that ripened early, associated
with low crop load displayed distinct regional attributes with fine, elegant ripe tannins and intense flavours.
Flavours on the vine featured ripe, fleshy raspberry and blueberry with firm, yet fine and elegant tannin structure.
Leaf colour and vine health was very good and canopy densities optimal as a result of shoot thinning ensuring balanced vines for the 2008 vintage. |
